I am usually very stressed and down, but coming here I was listened too and nothing was to much trouble. I was always looked after well and also a lovely and meal.

The dedication of all staff are that they really do care about us patients in all aspects. Kindness is another ward that cames to mind. It takes special people to do this special job. I am so grateful for their help and understanding.

I cannot think how your caring kind staff could be improved. You do a wonderful job thank goodness their are people in this world that really care. A big thank you to you all.

The staff food and care has been exceptional. Thank you so much.

Mum is very deaf even with her hearing aid. She has not heard everything that she has been told (hopefully we can Louise the masks one day in the near future which would help). So seeing someone without a mask and not side on or moving or {walking} would be a real bonus.
